I love that particular piece, Jan used it several times in many episodes.
Just love the guitar and drums on this piece!
one of his best!

You're welcome
But I don't know if Jan was really using guitars. He is known to sometimes using synths as if they were guitars (don't ask me how he does it), and even tricked some professional guitarrists . Now that's a genious |

It has been a while since I have posted something, so here it goes, 3 new Jan Hammer music cues, again from Miami Vice, again unreleased ( )
So, from the 4th season, 9th episode of Miami Vice "Rising Sun of Death" , dated back at 4 Dec '87:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Av-KmKMzc4
Try to watch in the highest resolution/quality possible,
although those options aren't yet available for my video --in fact it's not public yet apparently, because I can't find it using the search, but I made it 'public'. Can it be because only yesterday I uploaded it?
EDIT: It's online know, it took a day and a few hours to be in 'the cloud'
Anyway I prefer the 1st and the 3rd music excerpts, the 2nd one it's not bad (although it's more spectacular visually), but the other ones are superior in my opinion.
But please feel free to express your own preferences of the three, here or in the Youtube comments
For other unreleased tracks posted by me before in this forum:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZP1ApmPOKUE
..and another unreleased and very cool track posted by mrlv77
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MvfCrusFek
Until next time,
Pedro |

A little update: I learned that in the 4th season Jan Hammer shared his work with John Peterson, so it's possible that part of the music in my last uploaded video is from him too. I would bet on the 2nd music (sword fight).
Best regards
